Olivia Hayo is a photographer, chef, recipe developer, stylist and writer. She has a masters in food culture, communications, and high-quality products from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy and lived throughout the Mediterranean for six years.
During her time in Israel, Olivia worked at Cafe Xoho, an energetic cafe highlighted in The New York Times feature “36 Hours in Tel Aviv” and led culinary workshops and tours for Delicious Israel, the “go-to food experts” featured by Forbes, Lonely Planet, Fodor’s, Washington Post and BBC Travel.
Olivia has recently worked as an associate editor, visuals editor, lead photographer, and video producer at Edible San Diego and her writing and photography has been published in Edible San Diego, Locale Magazine, San Diego Magazine, and Bon Appétit.
